What we collect, and what we don’t.

Flat Rate Haul Co. operates this website and books junk removal pickups in Kennewick, Pasco, and Richland, Washington. Questions about anything on this page go to (509) 416-6598.

Booking happens inside an embedded scheduling widget provided by ZenBooker. When you complete a booking, that form collects:

• Your name, phone number, and email address
• The service address for the pickup
• What you’re having removed, and any notes you add
• Your payment card details, which go directly to ZenBooker’s payment processor — we never see or store a full card number

We use this to schedule the pickup, route it to a hauler, contact you about that specific job, and take the one payment you agreed to.

Google Analytics 4 records anonymous usage data: pages viewed, roughly where in the world you are, what device you’re on, and which site sent you here. It sets cookies to do that. We use it to see which pages are worth keeping. It does not identify you by name.

You can block it with any ad-blocker or Google’s own opt-out add-on, and the site works exactly the same without it.

• ZenBooker — scheduling and payment processing.
• The hauler assigned to your job — gets your name, address, phone number, and what they’re picking up. Nothing else, and only for your job.
• Google Analytics — anonymous site usage.

That’s the whole list. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we don’t add you to a marketing list because you booked a pickup.

Booking and payment records are kept as long as Washington tax and business record rules require. Analytics data expires on Google’s default retention schedule.

Call or text (509) 416-6598 and ask. We’ll delete what we’re not legally required to keep and tell you plainly what’s left and why.

This service is for adults arranging removal at a property they control. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If we start using a new tool that touches your information, this page changes first and the date at the top moves with it.
