FAQ

Questions, answered straight.

How the flat rate works, what we take, and how a pickup actually goes. Still stuck? Call (509) 416-6598 — a person picks up, usually on the second ring.

Flat means flat. The price you see when you book is the full price — labor, hauling, and disposal included. No stairs fee, no “heavier than we thought” fee, no fuel surcharge. If the screen says $299, you pay $299, even if it takes two of us and a flight of stairs.

Because a pickup costs the same whether it’s one dining chair or a sectional: a truck, a driver, the drive out, and a dump run. That drive is $149 of any booking and the item makes up the rest, so $199 is the smallest that adds up to. If you’ve got several things, they ride along for just the item price — that’s where the cost per item really drops.

Not always. If the item is somewhere the crew can reach — a garage, driveway, porch, or curb — leave it out and note that when you book. For in-home pickups, someone 18 or older should be there to point the crew at it and let them out.

The Tri-Cities: Kennewick, Pasco, and Richland, plus the surrounding neighborhoods. Not sure if you’re in range? Enter your address when you book and it confirms coverage before you pay anything.

Usually within two to four days, and same-week almost always. You’ll see the real open dates when you book — we don’t publish a slot we can’t actually staff. We run open daily 8am–7pm.

Because you don’t need one for a couch or a fridge. You know what you have. Driving out to look at it costs more than the look is worth, and that cost ends up in your quote — along with a salesperson who isn’t leaving until you say yes. We priced everything by item instead.

An independent local hauler from our Tri-Cities network. They carry their own general liability insurance, and we check it before they take a single job. You get a small-business crew who knows the area, not a national call center.

Add each item when you book. The first one carries the trip; after that you only pay for the item itself. A couch plus a mattress is $389 — $299 for the couch, $90 for the mattress. A washer and dryer booked together is $339. You’ll see the running total before you pay.

Online, by card, when you book. No cash on pickup day, no invoice to chase later. That’s what keeps the price locked — the number is agreed before anyone drives anywhere.

No hazardous material: paint, chemicals, motor oil, propane tanks, or anything wet or biohazard. No in-ground or built-in hot tubs — those need a contractor. We handle bulky household items: furniture, mattresses, appliances, and above-ground tubs. Unsure about something? Text a photo to (509) 416-6598 before you book.

Donation or recycling where the item still has life in it, and the proper transfer station otherwise. Appliances with refrigerant get it recovered to code, and we keep the documentation.

Reschedule any time up to the night before at no charge — call or reply to your confirmation. Cancel more than 24 hours out and you get a full refund. Inside 24 hours we keep $49 for the slot, because the crew’s route for that day is already built around your address.

None. The price you’re shown is the whole cost. The only way your total moves is if you add items, each at the add-on price listed beside its rate on the pricing page, and you’ll see the new total before you pay.
