A couch, loveseat, or sofa bed is $299, all in. A sectional is $359. That covers the crew, the truck, the drive, and the disposal fee at the other end — there is nothing to add at the door.
No. A sectional is $359 whether it splits into two pieces or six, and a chaise or ottoman that came with the set rides along in that price. Per-piece pricing is how a three-piece sofa quietly turns into three charges, so we don’t use it.
No. Same price on the ground floor, out of a basement, or down three flights at an apartment off Columbia Center. Where the couch sits changes how long it takes us, not what you pay.
Neither. Leave it where it is. The crew brings straps and pads, pulls the legs and the door off their hinges if the doorway is tight, and cuts a frame down in place when that is the only way it clears the hall. You point at it and stay out of the way.
If it is clean, structurally sound, and you can get it to the door, try donation first — we would rather you saved the money. What sends most people here is the answer they already got: stains, sagging frames, pet damage, and hide-a-beds get turned down, and almost nobody comes upstairs to collect. Two no’s and it’s a haul job.
Flat, by the item. Volume pricing quotes you a fraction of a truck that only gets decided once the truck is in your driveway and the couch is already on it — which is the moment you have the least leverage. You pick the couch, you see $299, you pay $299.
