Getting rid of an old couch shouldn’t take three phone calls, a sales visit, and a price you didn’t agree to. So we built the opposite of that.
Why we dropped the estimate
Every option here worked the same way. Call around. Wait for someone to “come take a look.” Get a number on your porch that’s higher than you expected, delivered by someone who isn’t leaving until you say yes.
The thing nobody says out loud is what that visit costs. A truck drives across the metro, someone looks at a couch for ninety seconds, and drives back. That trip gets paid for whether or not you book — which means it’s already sitting inside the quote you just got.
For a couch or a fridge, the look is unnecessary. You know what you have. So we priced every common item once, published all of it, and let people book without talking to anyone. A couch is $299. A mattress is $239, whatever size. The smallest booking is $199, and that number is on the pricing page rather than in a footnote.
What’s left is the part you actually wanted: a fair known price, a day you choose, and two people who show up and carry the thing out.
A network of local haulers, not a giant franchise
We’re not a national chain with a call center three states away. We handle the booking, the pricing, and the support, and we route every pickup to an independent hauler working right here in the Tri-Cities.

Donated, recycled, or documented
If the item still has life in it, it goes to donation or recycling. Refrigerant gets recovered to code and we keep the paperwork.
